Bill Nolan

President

Bill joined the family business in 2008 and purchased Standard Printing Company in 2019 with partners. He received both his Bachelor of Business Administration and his Master of Science in Accountancy degrees from the University of Notre Dame. Previously he worked at KPMG in auditing and at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a mergers and acquisitions consultant. Married with three children his hobbies include hiking, golf, skiing, and coaching youth football.

Rob Horgan

Vice President of Sales

Rob has a family tradition in printing and has been in sales at Standard Printing for 26 years, with a total of 37 years in the printing industry helping customers solve their printing and packaging challenges. Rob has a degree in Management from Kent State University and is an avid motorcycle enthusiast.

Duane Phillips

Sales Representative

Duane has been a sales representative at Standard Printing for 12 years, with more than 30 years in the printing industry. Prior to joining the company, Duane worked at Digital Color Imaging and Car-Pec Graphics. He is married to wife, Jennifer, and has two sons, Devon and TJ, and granddaughter, Raelynn, and grandson Ryder. His hobbies include hunting, fishing and playing poker.

Scott Klatte

Sales Representative

Scott is a sales representative with 36 years’ experience in the printing industry. He received his bachelor’s degree in print management from West Virginia University. Scott came to Standard Printing from Lewisburg Printing. He is married to wife, Kathy, and they have a daughter, Andrea, and son, Zachary along with a dog named Fiona. His interests include fishing, hunting, golf, landscaping and home improvement projects.

Dana Jenkins

Sales Representative

Dana is a sales representative with 22 years’ experience in the printing industry. He studied graphic design and communication, and joined Standard Printing after 19 years at Flower City Printing. He is married to wife, Shari, and they have a son, Joshua along with 3 dogs. His interests include home restoration and renovation, art, and gaming.

Adam Kleinwaks

Sales Representative

Adam is a sales representative with over 30 years of experience in the printing industry. Prior to joining the company Adam worked for Edison Litho and The Vomela Companies. He is married to his wife, Ella and has two sons, Jeremy and Max. He enjoys golf, traveling, beach days and live music.

George Kistler

Vice President of Customer Services

George has worked at Standard Printing for 14 years in customer service and as an estimating manager before serving as the Director of Business Development. He studied graphic arts and has more than 36 years in the industry, working at Seiple Lithograph for 23 years prior to joining Standard Printing. Married for 27 years, George has three children and 2 grandchildren. He enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.

Rick Porrazzo

Vice President of Operations

Rick oversees operations at Standard Printing and has been at the company for 21 years. He received his bachelor’s degree in graphic design from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. With a total of 38 years in the printing industry, he came to Standard Printing from Seiple Lithograph. He is married to wife, Lisa, and they have two dogs, Hugo and Eko. In his spare time, Rick enjoys golf, cooking, hunting and shooting trap.

Chris Fisher

Vice President of Human Resources

Chris has been the Human Resources Manager at Standard Printing since 2020. His HR experience includes 21 years in the paper and packaging industry and 3 years in the automotive industry. He received his bachelor’s degree in paper science and engineering from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Previous employers include WestRock, Federal-Mogul Powertrain and Schaeffler. He is married to wife, Teresa, and they have five children and two grandchildren spread across the country. His hobbies include camping, kayaking, home improvement projects and a good margarita.

Jeff Dimmerling

Vice President / Controller

Jeff has more than 20 years of experience in accounting and has been the Controller at Standard Printing Company since 2019. He earned both a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in taxation from the University of Akron. Before joining the Standard Printing team, he worked at Bil-Jac Foods, Inc. He is married to wife, Carrie, and they have two sons, Nathan and Zachary. In his time off, Jeff likes to play golf.
